Castleman disease is a rare lymphoproliferative disease with typical systemic manifestations and spesific histopathological findings. Accurate diagnosis can be maintained only by demonstration of typical histopathological findings with excisional biopsy of involved lymph node.
In this study we presented a 40 years old male patient with a history of progressively growing servical mass on the left side of the neck who had Castleman disease diagnosed by an excisional biopsy. Keywords: Castleman disease, lymphoproliferative disease
