The incidence of congenital mullerian anomalies is as high as 3.2 % in population. Uterus didelphus is one of most frequent anomalies among mullerian anomalies. We present a case of uterus didelphus with a blind vaginal pouch. The patient 24 years old was referred to our hospital with a pelvik mass of 5 cm. diameter. She had congenital unilateral renal agenezia and a history of cesarean section 2 years ago. After US and MRI, the diagnosis was uterus didelphus. Even though there are several treatment modalities in literature, we decided on hemihisterectomy by laparotomy. As a result, in differential diagnosis of unilateral pelvic, mullerian anomalies must also be considered and USG and MRG may be of important in investigation of such cases.
