A case of pulmonary tuberculosis presenting as multiple pulmonary nodules

He was 30 years old. He had no symptom. His chest x-ray showed multiple pulmonary nodules on left lung fields. Physical examination was normal. VATS revealed diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis.
