Herpes Gestationis

It is an autoimmune disease and presents dramatic vesiculobullous skin lesions
and pruritus. A definitive diagnosis can be made with specific immu-nopathological and histopathological studies. The treatment of choice is local measures and systemic corticosteroids. We presented a 38 weeks of gestational age pregnant
woman with a herpes gestationis case.
