Juvenil Tilloux fracture

An isolated fracture of the lateral portion of the distal tibial physis is Salter- Harris type 3. fractures and it’s called Juvenil Tilloux fracture. The mechanism of injury of Juvenil Tilloux
is forced external rotation of the foot. The lateral physeal fragment is pulled by the anterior tibiofibular ligament. The aim of this article is to review our knowledge about this uncommon
fracture which we have had a chance to treate.
