According to current wisdom, there are five diffuse connective tissue diseases (DCTDs): Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), scleroderma (SCL), polymyositis (PM), dermatomyositis (DM) and rheumatoid arthritis (RA). All five classic DCTDs are descriptive syndromes whitout a “gold standard” for diagnosis and clinical symptoms are not apper alltogether. Usually, it takes long time to get well established in. In such cases, the diagnosis is not always so obvious but patient needs to a diagnosis. This is often referred to as undifferentiated connective tissue disease. In some instances, one DCTD evolves into another DCTD over time, or continues same diagnosis, or situation of disease gets lost completely. Keywords: Connective tissue diseases
