Adult intussusception represents 1 % of all small bowel obstruction. Intussuception occurs rarely in adults. Intra-luminal lesions alter normal bowel peristaltisis and form leading edges for the Intussusception. CT scanning proved to be the most useful diagnostic radiologic method. The diagnosis and treatment of adult intussusception are surgical. It presents with a variety of acute, intermittent, and chronic symptoms, thus making its preoperative diagnosis diffucult. These patients admitted to medical clinic for incomplet obstruction. Barium studies have shown diagnostic efficacy but were not used in our case. A female 32 years old patient was admitted our emergency room with complaints nausea, vomiting, obstipation, abdominal discomfort. Abdominal mass and abdominal rebound was present. And the patient was operated due to ileus, tumor and ileal invagination was seen. Small bowel resection and end to end anastomosis was done.Inflamotory Fibroid polyp was diagnosed pathologically.
