Abdominal pain one of the most common complaints of patients presenting to the emergency department. Patients whose applying with abdominal pain, appendicitis is the most common surgical disorder. Appendicitis present with left lower quadrant pain may result in false-negative diagnosis. Left sided appendicitis occurs in association with intestinal malrotation and situs inversus.
