The incidence of conjoined twins is one out of 50,000 pregnancies and one out of 250,000 among live births. It is important to follow up, to properly manage and in case needed to terminate these pregnancies since they have high mortality and morbidity rates. In this case report we present a missed abortus case of thoracoomphalophagus conjoined twin pregnancy who admitted to Obstetrics and Gynecology Clinic of Göztepe Education and Research Hospital. Via the case, we aimed to review conjoined pregnancy, a rare variation of monochorionic monoamniotic pregnancy. Keywords: Conjoined twins, ultrasonography, pregnancy

Yapışık ikiz insidansı yaklaşık 50.000 gebelikte bir; canlı doğumlar arasında ise 250.000 de bir sıklıktadır. Ağır morbidite ve mortalite ile beraber olan bu durumda klinik yönetim, gebelik takibi ve gereğinde gebeliğin sonlandırılması önem kazanmaktadır. Olgu sunumumuzda Göztepe Eğitim ve Araştırma Hastanesi Kadın Hastalıkları ve Doğum Kliniğine başvuran hastada saptanan missed abortus thoracoopmhalophagus yapışık ikizliğini ve bu olgu dolayısıyla monokoryonik monoamniyotik ikizliğin nadir bir varyasyonu olan yapışık ikizliği gözden geçirdik.
