Two patients with DYKE-Davidoff-Masson syndrome

In this study, two patients with cerebral hemiatrophy, contralateral hemiparesia, hyperpneumatisation of synisus and drug resistant epileptic seizures were diagnosed as having Dyke- Davidoff-Mason Syndrome (DDMS) and both patients were evaluated as for clinical, radiological and etiological aspects of the disease and the responses to the treatment were determined.

Bu çalışmada dirençli konvülziyon, serebral hemiatrofi, kontralateral hemiparezi, sinüslerde hiperpnömatizasyon ve dirençli nöbet nedeniyle takip ettiğimiz Dyke- Davidoff-Mason Sendromu (DDMS) tanısı konan iki hasta etiyoloji, klinik, radyolojik özellik ve tedavi açısından gözden geçirildi.
