Congenital patellar dislocation is a state that patella is dislocated at birth. Our case is, bilateral congenital patellar dislocation relevant with Down syndrome. At this case report presentation, bilateral congenital patellar dislocation and bilateral surgical treatment committed at the same seance and its results will be mentioned.
