Scleroderma is an autoimmune disease that is characterized by excessive collagen collection in various internal organs like skin, lung, heart and gastrointestinal system. There are two forms of the disease, that’s; the systemic one manifested by multiorgan failure due to fibrosis of the internal body systems, and the localized one presented with only the cutaneous, subcutaneous and muscular tissue involment. In this report, three children presenting with various clinical manifestations involving both forms of the disease are evaluated according to their laboratuary parameters and prognostic factors through last seven years. Cases are reported as this disease is diagnosed very rarely in the childhood period. The first case is an example of localized scleroderma, the second and third ones
are examples of systemic sclerosis.
