Hemophilia B (Christmas Disease) is a congenital coagulopathy characterized by factor IX deficiency. In the neonatal period, it may be presented with intracranial, umblical and gastrointestinal tract hemorrage. Our case was a neonate presented with hematoma formation in his thigh after an intramuscular injection. Hemophilia B was considered as the cause after detecting the blood factor IX levels % 0.
