Horner Syndrome Related to Hydatid Cyst

Horner syndrome develops by compression on inferior cervical or superior thoracic sympathetic ganglions usually due to malignancy. In our centre a case presenting symptoms of ptosis, myosis and enophthalmus was suspected of Horner syndrome and malignity after which was diagnosed as hydatic cyst by thoracotomy. This study is presented because pulmonary hydatid cyst is a rare cause of the syndrome.
