Sertoli-Leydig cell tumors belong to the group of sex-cord stromal tumors of the ovary. They account for less than 0.5 % of all ovarian neoplasms. Because they produce androgens, they cause virilization. In this report 53 years old patient admitted for virilization signs, was diagnosed as Sertoli-Leydig cell tumor, is discussed with the literature.
