Objectives: We aimed to present a case diagnosed as Harlequin fetus in early neonatal period.
Case: 38 year-old, gravida 2, parity 2 patient delivered in our clinic. The diagnosis is made according to the clinical findings of the neonate and treatment performed.
Discussion: Harlequin fetus is one of the most serious forms of ichthyosis. It is difficult to diagnose the disease prenatally. Keywords: Ichthyosis, Harlequin fetus, Ultrasonography
