Diaphragmatic Lipoma Diagnosed with together Surrenal Myelolipoma

Adrenal myelolipoma and diaphragmatic crus lipoma are rarely occurring benign tumours. In this case report we present a case who has a right adrenal gland myelolipoma and
left surrenal lipoma. This condition either adrenal myelolipoma or diaphragmatic crus lipoma occuring same patient should be extremely rare because of we not found in literature.
