Behçet's disease, originally described in 1937 as a chronic relapsing triad of recurring iritis, aphthous oral ulceration, genital ulceration and a uveitis leadig to blindness. It's now recognized to involve additional organ systems, including the skin, central nervous system, heart, any part of the vasculature, lungs, and joints. In this report, we aimed to present a 33 year old male patient undergoing general anesthesia with Behçet's disease and emphasize important issues about the anaesthetic management of these patients.
