Caroli’s disease is a rare congenital disorder characterized by cytic dilatation of the intrahepatic bile ducts. Caroli’s disease is transmitted in autosomal recessive fashion. Chollangitis, liver cirrhosis, and cholangiocarcinoma are its potantial complications. The magnetic resonance cholangiography (MRCG) is the metod with the highest sensitivity in the diagnosis of Caroli’s disease. In this study, we present a case of a fifty year old grill who was diagnosid with Caroli’s disease (Caroli type I). Keywords: Liver, biliary tract, cystic disease, caroli’s disease
