Multiple sclerosis (MS) is a chronic disease that begins most commonly in young adults and is characterized clinically by relapses, remissions and in few cases rapid progressive course and shows a variety of neurological deficits. Cesarean section under general anesthesia was planned for 40th week pregnant patient aged 30. In patients with MS, factors such as, hyperthermia, postpartum period, trauma, surgery and anesthesia are known to relapse the symptoms of the disease. In this case report, a MS case with application of cesarean section operation under general anesthesia is presented. Keywords: Multiple sclerosis, anesthesia, perioperative complications
