The risk of tuberculosis development has increased 10 times at chronic renal failure (CRF) patients receiving hemodialysis. In these cases, PPD sometimes may be negative due to immun defect. In this study, a CRF patient having disseminated tuberculosis with normal initial chest radiography and dying later was presented. 47-year old-female woman patient receiving dialysis for 7 years for CRF has been in the hemodialysis programme initially but because of her shunt’s failure peritoneal dialysis programme for the last 2 years. 3 months after the onset of the symptoms, granulomatous myelitis was shown in the bone narrow biopsy, tuberculosis basili was reported to be positive in the sputum and the peritoneal fluid and the chest x-ray revealed miliary findings at the same time. We aimed to present this case to underline the complications and mortality of these cases because of the delay of the diagnosis. Keywords: Chronic renal failure, disseminated tuberculosis
