Behcet’s Disease is a systemic disorder that may involve various organs. The prevalence of pulmonary involvement in Behcet’s is 5 % to 10 %. Chylothorax secondary to superior vena caval obstruction is a rare complication and has been reported in only a few cases. Behçet Hastalığı, çeşitli organları tutabilen sistemik bir bozukluktur. Pulmoner tutulum sıklığı % 5-10 arasındadır.Vena Kava Superior obstrüksiyonuna bağlı silotoraks nadir bir komplikasyon olup az sayıda olgu rapor edilmiştir.
