Giant Splenic Artery Aneurysm

We found out giant splenic artery aneurysm near the hilus at spleen by doppler ultrasound and angiography, splenectomy and splenic artery aneurysm were performed. It must be removed if its larger than 2 cm and symptomatic, splenic artery aneurysm are seen
very rarely.
