Inverted papilloma is a benign tumor of the nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses. Its recurrence rate is frequently evaluated in literature and new surgical approaches are performed to decrease this rate. In this paper, two patients (2 males) with inverted papilloma are presented. Their ages are 67 and 57 years. We performed medial maxillectomy and anterior posterior ethmoidectomy by lateral rhinotomy and midfacial degloving approaches due to wide extension of the tumor. No recurrences were detected in the regular clinical and radiological controls.
