We present a case of transient cortical blindness following cerebral angiography, which resolved totally within three days. There were no pathologic findings in cranial computed
tomography or cerebral angiography. Transient cortical blindness is a rare complication caused by direct neurotoxicity of contrast media, reported following cerebral, aortic,
carotid, and coronary angiography.

Keywords: Transient cortical blindness, angiography, contrast media
