Granulomatous rosacea is a variant of rosacea characterized by hard erythematous and asymptomatic cutaneous papules and nodules in relatively normal-appearing skin. Granuloma-tous rosacea which is categorized under the title of idiopathic facial granulomatous eruptions is common in middle age female population. Herewe present the case of a 52-year-old woman with a 1-year history of facial erythema with multiple papules on the cheeks, and nose. We defined the case as granulomatous rosacea due to histopathological appareance of perifollicular noncaseating tuberculoid granulomas. On the other hand, patient‘s clinical appareance which is differentially diagnosed from the other idiopathic facial granulamotous eruptions was supporting the diagnosis.
