Thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura (TTP), is a disease, characterized by thrombocytic microangiopathy.In thrombocytopenic angiopathy, microvasculer obstructive lesions produced by systemic or intrarenal trombocyt aggregation, thrombocytopenia and mechanic injury of erythrocytes lead to tissue ischemia.
