Ectopic ACTH production is one of the etiological causes of Cushing’s syndrome due to increased cortisol production. Bronchial carcinoid tumors can also secrete ACTH and cause Cushing’s syndrome. Cushing syndrome diagnosed in patient who admitted our clinic with high blood pressure, swelling and flushing on face and neck, weight gain, weakness. After investigations toward etiology bronchial carcinoid tumor secreting ectopic ACTH was detected in patient.
